Hasta finales del siglo XVIII, la zona consist\u00eda en un paisaje de praderas pantanosas, y los agricultores locales libraban regularmente batallas por los derechos de pastoreo con los vecinos Barmbekers. Los tranquilos canales y el rom\u00e1ntico Feenteich no existir\u00edan sin los valientes esfuerzos de tres comerciantes de Hamburgo en el siglo XIX. El Ferry Building ya no est\u00e1 en pie, pero los tilos del parque a\u00fan datan de su \u00e9poca.<\/p>\n<p>Pasamos por el mayor teatro dram\u00e1tico privado de Alemania y echamos un vistazo a la Hochschule f\u00fcr bildende K\u00fcnste de Lerchenfeld.
